Wide-angle lens for Zenza Bronica GS-1 camera. Optical design consists of 9 elements in 7 groups. Closest focusing distance 0.6m.
Bronica’s GS-1 was the company’s only foray into the 6x7cm format. Like other Bronica cameras, the GS-1 is lightweight, electronically-controlled, and modular. It was also the first medium format camera to feature TTL flash metering.
This system uses Bronica’s PG series lenses, with a lens system stretching from 50mm to 500mm (25mm equivalent to 250mm equivalent). The GS-1 was produced until 2002 and is a great alternative to the larger Mamiya RB67 or RZ67.
