It uses 2 molded glass aspherical elements and 1 hybrid aspherical element to correct for distortion and spherical aberrations. It has 2 low-dispersion elements for reduced color fringing and chromatic aberrations and to improve clarity and color accuracy. It also has built-in image stabilization. Plastic and metal body available in black.
