Staff Notes

There is moderate haze, and minor fungus inside the lens, which has been UV-treated to cease the spread, and has no effect on image quality. The focus is a bit stiff, but it doesn't affect use. It's otherwise working well!

Helios 58mm f2 Helios-44M-6 MC - Lens

Manual focus normal lens made for M42 screw mount 35mm SLR cameras introduced by Zenit. Like other Helios-44 lenses, the optical design is based on the Carl Zeiss Jena 58mm f2 Biotar. This later version has no manual aperture and requires a body capable of automatic aperture stop-down. Metal body available in black.
