Been a customer of the Kamerastore for a few years now, and never been disappointed. They always deliver quickly, from couple of days until — at the most — a week, and once the package is with the courier it's often 24h from Tampere in Finland to Portugal. Packages are always packed securely, and there's often a little sweetie treat in each parcel (I don't eat sweets, so can't tell you what Finnish sweeties are like, but the thought is appreciated). Kamerastore has an excellent selection of cameras and accessories, and scouring the website is always fun. You never know what you might come across. Cameras are always described accurately on the website, and the images you seen are the article that you'll receive. Most of the time I buy the bargain 'Not Passed' cameras, as I'm always happy to put a bit of work into restoring the camera and if I can't then working around its flaws to get images out of an old camera again. All in all, Kamerastore is always my go to supplier for used, weird and wonderful gear.

Excellent customer service. I bought Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8 VR II which was in very good condition, was delivered fast and well packed. Still waiting for my exchange goods to be reviewed. I was informed there is a queue for about 4 weeks in review process so everything is good. 👍 Update: The exchange devices have been inspected and the refund has been paid to the account within agreed time range 👌

Discovered this place from youtube and decided to order some bargain lenses to try them out. I was not disappointed! Despite buying 2 lenses advertised to be hazy and dusty, the dust and haze are almost imperceptible to the untrained eye. I was absolutely stunned at the condition of these lenses! Shipping was reasonable and fast. I will definitely order from them again in the future.

I purchased the Sigma 17-50mm f2.8 EX DC OS HSM lens from Kamerastore, and I’m extremely happy with it! The lens is in perfect condition and works wonderfully. I was aware of Kamerastore via YouTube, but it was the FB advert that really got me interested. Free postage to Finland. It was a no-brainer. Their process is simple and elegant to follow. All communication is by email and you know exactly where you are. Once my items arrived I was notified and told it could take two weeks to check all my gear. No problem as I already had received an estimated purchase value from the photos I had previously sent; which I was happy with. Once I had accepted the final valuation after their appraisal, the payment was made directly into my bank account. No fuss, no drama. One of the smoothest transactions I have ever experienced. Well done to everyone for a truly fantastic job.

I like that the folks at Kamerastore not only tell you what is good and working with the items for sale, like anyone else would do, but they also tell you what may not be working so well. This way I can make a better decision whether to buy the product or not. I like that they show most items from many different angles.
