There is minor coating damage on the front element, and the lens cement has started to deteriorate inside the rear assembly, which will slightly affect image quality. There is also a bit of play in the shift mechanism, but nothing that will significantly affect use, and it is otherwise fully functional.

Manual focus wide angle shift lens made for M645 mount 120 SLRs by Mamiya. It gives the equivalent field of view to a 31mm lens on full frame / 35mm as well as a 16mm shift movement. This is the only shift lens available for the Mamiya 645 system. Metal body available in black.
