The bayonet adapter attachment is worn, which sometimes causes some issues when mounting/unmounting. It can be difficult to take the lens off the camera sometimes. There are a few small scratches on the front element and minor haze inside that won't affect image quality. There's a bit of oil on the aperture blades but it won't affect image quality on a manual aperture lens like this.
