Quick-release plate made for V-system medium format cameras introduced by Hasselblad in 1992. This was the third version they made. The design changed a bit over the years, but functionally, they are very similar. This version is the third iteration, with the release for the safety detent located on the side and the lever on the opposite side. Metal body available in black.
