Manual focus telephoto lens made for MD-mount 35mm SLR cameras introduced by Minolta in 1966. A few different versions were made. Some versions have a built-in lens hood. Metal body available in black.

Minolta MD (SR Mount)

Minolta MD / SR -järjestelmä julkaistiin vuonna 1958. MD / SR -bajonettia käytettiin kaikissa Minoltan manuaalisissa peilijärjestelmäkameroissa. Objektiiveja julkistettiin neljää eri generaatiota, mutta bajonetti pysyi samana eli objektiivit sopivat kaikkiin runkoihin. Vuonna 1972 Minolta sopi yhteistyösopimuksen Leican kanssa ja jotkin Leica R -objektiivit pohjautuvatkin Minoltan designiin.

Minoltan optiikkaa pidetään korkealaatuisena ja se tunnetaan hyvästä värintoistosta ja miellyttävästä bokehista. Objektiivit ovat sovitettavissa peilittömiin kameroihin.
