Autofocus normal zoom lens made for EF-mount SLRs by Canon starting in 2012. It has built-in image stabilization (IS), uses an ultrasonic focusing motor (USM) for autofocus, and has a dedicated macro setting. The front and rear elements have a fluorine coating. Plastic body available in black.
