Model Details

Fixed focus normal lens made for D-mount film cameras by Kern-Paillard. Introduced in 1957. A later version was available in 1959; it had a maximum aperture of f/1.9. Both were fixed focus lenses and were identical in appearance. Metal body available in silver.

D-mount is a common cinema lens mount, much like an older version of C-mount. D-mount lenses were originally designed for use on 8mm movie cameras and use a 15.88mm thread mount with a 12.29mm flange distance.
