Tested & inspected with special tools and machinery, found to be working correctly (or unused in original packaging). Any flaws present will be noted and will not affect typical use.
Staff Notes
There are small amounts of haze under the rear lens elements, and a couple of larger dust particles, but nothing that will significantly affect image quality, and it is otherwise in good working condition!

Manual focus telephoto lens made for Contax/Yashica mount 35mm SLR cameras introduced by Carl Zeiss in 1982. This special edition lens was introduced to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Contax. It was produced in a small batch of only 1000 lenses. It utilizes a floating element design to ensure optical image quality at close distances. This lens is of the older AE variant with “ninja star” bokeh and no support for shutter priority or program modes. Metal body available in black.
