Model Details

Manual focus 120-roll 6x6 medium format camera made in England by Barnet Ensign introduced in 1946. This was the second version of the camera. The first version was a traditional box-style camera. This version redesigned the body to a smaller size. It has two focus settings; the lens extends for close focus. The most characteristic feature of the camera is the big and bright brilliant waist-level viewfinder. It uses Hasselblad-styled strap lugs. This camera is known to have some issues with film tension. This can be fixed by slightly bending the metal pieces that hold the film. Metal body available in black, beige, blue, and red (repainted cameras are known to exist as the blue, red, and beige are desirable and uncommon).
