Manual focus full-frame M-mount digital rangefinder camera introduced by Leica in 2009. The M9 was Leica’s first full-frame digital rangefinder, enabling the use of most M-series lenses to be used at their intended focal lengths. It upgraded the sensor from the M8 and M8.2 to include a built-in IR/UV filter. It has a 2.5” rear LCD and uses SD cards for storage. The viewfinder has a magnification of 0.68x and framelines for 35/135mm, 28/90mm, and 50/75mm. Metal body available in black paint (10704).
