It's quite worn cosmetically. The grip is cracked and wearing off and there's some signs of corrosion on the bayonet and in the battery compartment. The LCD screen in the viewfinder is slightly out of place, making it hard to see. It's exposing properly, though!

Autofocus AF mount 35mm SLR camera released by Minolta in 1985. This was the budget option alongside the mid-tier 7000 and professional 9000. It is capable of programmed autoexposure and manual exposure. Also known as the Maxxum 5000 (NA) and Alpha 5000 (JP). Plastic body available in black.
