For compensating the vignetting caused by the fall off of illumination that is apparent when working with ultra-wide-angle lenses. Needs 1.5 stop exposure compensation. Best performance of the filter is observed when working at around f16. Not recommended for other focal lenghts than the intended. Black metal body.
